How do we know which subject line will result in more people opening your email? By testing it, of course!
Split testing is the process of comparing a baseline control sample to a series of single-variable tests performed on the same sample.
In other words, we write two or three versions of a subject line and send them to a small section of your list. Whichever version performs better will get sent to the rest of your list.
This way you’re constantly improving your open rates! The longer you work with us, the more information we will have to help us create our split tests, and the more effective your emails will become every time.
If you run an E-Commerce store or have online booking for a service, then you want people to make a purchase. This is one of the best possible “Conversions” that a user can make, but it’s not the only kind.
A conversion can be anything that you want to encourage a user to do. It could be making a phone call, filling a contact form, or downloading a freebie like an E-Book or discount code.
Through integrating with the analytics data of whatever website or service you want your user to convert on, we can determine whether the email you sent was responsible for them taking the action.
Example: For instance, if a user clicks on a link in your email to go to your store and buys your product, we’ll be able to track which email prompted them to convert.

The click rate is the percentage of people who clicked on at least one link in your message. Even if you have an open rate of 100%, if nobody clicks on any links, it’s not a good email. We want to make sure your contacts are converting!
Click rate analysis is the process of looking at all of the variables, identifying the most impactful ones, and testing them to improve results.
Example: If we determine, for instance, that more people click on “Learn More” buttons than “Buy Now” buttons in your emails, we can hypothesize that your prospects don’t know enough about your product to make a buying decision yet.
